Meet Attorney P. Clark Kattenburg

After graduating from law school, he clerked for a year with the Hon. Paul F. McArdle, a judge who served on the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. He began his trial practice in 1972 in Falls Church, Virginia, joining Richard Mountfort and Henry Furr.
In 1978, he moved his law practice to Fairfax, Virginia, with emphasis on insurance defense law. In 2002, he joined Bob Hall and Chuck Sickels as a partner in their law firm in Reston, Virginia. By 2008, the firm had grown to five partners and six associates, and in 2008, Kattenburg opened his independent law office in Fairfax, which permits him to provide a personalized law practice and to focus on cases that have been of interest to him for some time.

He also represents individuals who get hurt on the job in workers' compensation claims before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission. He is a past president of the Eudora Civic Association (Vienna, Virginia) and since 1990 has served as head usher of his church.
